We use a proprietary storage and delivery system. Once you create an account with us, you will have access to a personal Dashboard that houses all of your media. When an order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to that order's invoice and download page.

We accept Payment-On-Delivery. Meaning, you pay nothing until you are ready to download your media. You will be able to access previews of your photos before payment, but full-size downloads will not be available until the balance is paid. Our system accepts debit and all major credit cards. No Cash or Check.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours before the start time are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. If the photographer arrives and the appointment cannot be completed due to the property’s condition or last-minute cancellations, a $50 fee will apply.

Grey, overcast clouds are no match for us. Thanks to Photoshop, you can rest easy with our Blue Sky Guarantee™ on every exterior picture. However, if adverse weather (rain, wind, etc.) prevents us from completing the shoot, we will contact you to reschedule. Postponing due to weather is at your discretion, but our photographer reserves the right to suspend or continue exterior work if conditions pose a safety risk or diminish the quality of the photos. No fees will apply for weather-related rescheduling if requested before we travel to the location. Once travel has started, rescheduling or cancellations you request may result in trip fees of at least $50.
